Our MEGA Magnesium lotion helps with sleep and sore muscles, aches and pains. Apply to sore and achy areas any time. The warming herbs and essential oils increase circulation to the area to help promote healing and ease pain.
Apply to bottom of feet before going to bed to aid in relaxation, falling asleep and staying asleep. Also helps with muscle cramps, apply if/when they occur! (Pro-tip, keep this by your bed!)

I have been reading about people putting magnesium on their feet so that they could sleep better and I just assumed it was another snake oil. Someone was trying to sell me. Being a 50+ year-old woman sleeping evades me almost nightly.
Not. Any. More.
The first night I put this on my feet I thought maybe I just wished it to work so it did. a placebo effect. After one week and sleeping through the night like a baby I am a true believer in this product. I cannot recommend it enough.
