Magnesium Bath Soaks

Are you a bath person? This is such a great way to get magnesium! Add full packet to bath or use 1/3 to 1/2 packet as a foot soak. Best used in evening as this will really relax you!

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, epsom salt, baking soda, full-cream goat milk powder, raw unrefined organic coconut oil

Lavender: organic lavender essential oil & lavender flowers
Rose: rose essential oil & rose petals
